Day one

Pick up at Frankfurt International Airport.

After a short ride (about 1 hour) we will arrive at the first destination city Heidelberg.

Visit the historic Christmas market, located at the beautiful old town center.

Afterwards you will see Heidelberg’s famous castle, 80 meters above the Neckar River on the steep, wooded side of the Königstuhl hill. Go there with a ride in the historic funicular railway.

Day two 

Today your tour will lead you to beautiful Rothenbug ob der Tauber.

Rothenburg’s downtown is the most well-preserved at the "Romantic Road".
Enjoy a walk through the lovely Christmas market at the medieval city center; surrounded by a town wall with several town gates.

Visit Käthe Wohlfahrt’s world famous Christmas shop, known for “Made in Germany” handcrafted Christmas ornaments!

The medieval crime museum is worth seeing as well.

If you like, you can attend the daily “Night watchman tour” at Rothenburg.

Day three

Certainly another highlight on your tour:

Visit one of Germany’s largest, and certainly the most popular Christmas market at Nuremberg! (“Nürnberger Christkindlesmarkt”)

Get a cup of hot mulled wine and walk the historic town center. Turn the ring at the famous fountain “Schöner Brunnen” three times for good luck, see the fortress and the Lorenz church and walk the hangman’s bridge towards his house…..

Day four

Today you will explore the capital of Bavaria: Munich and its beautiful downtown!                          

Take a walk to the sights of one of Germany's largest and oldest cities.

Visit the world famous "Hofbräu Haus" (beer hall), royal court brewery and restaurant since 1589; see Munich cathedral, Viktualienmarket and Mary’s- square with the famous Glockenspiel …. and of course the annual Christmas market.

Day five

Today you will visit the most famous 19th century neo-romantic castle of the world:

King Ludwig II’s Neuschwanstein Castle; also known as “the fairy tale castle”.

Enjoy your English guided “inside the castle tour”!

Afterwards you are going to tour another gorgeous castle of King Ludwig: Linderhof palace; located amid beautiful Alpine scenery and a beautiful castle garden.

Both castles are breathtaking in architecture and landscaping.

Get a typical Bavarian meal at famous Oberammergau, known for its woodcarvings and the regularly held “passion plays”.

Day six

According to your flight itinerary, your driver will give you a ride to Munich international airport, with unforgettable memories and beautiful pictures on your camera!
